What is Lean?
Lean is purposeful elimination of non-value added activities in your process. We start by defining customer value, mapping the value stream and making value flow. Our journey is never finished because we work towards perfection. Lean has become a buzzword for improvement, but in order to create a true lean enterprise, we need to change the culture and people’s beliefs. Lean is a different way of doing things, so we need to let lean work by focusing on a long term philosophy, creating a good process and growing people.
What do we offer?
If your competitor has a Lean Enterprise and you do not, this will put you in a competitive disadvantage. Our goal is to help you develop the right principles and build an army of problem solvers. We will work together to create a long term strategy that will help you build a successful lean organization.

Hear from our clients:
Marketing Options completed both the “current state” and “future state” value stream mapping of our standard equipment quoting process. They also provided complete project management services through completion.
The bottom line result is that our client's standard quoting process went from 10 days, to 1-2 days. Standard equipment quoting is something they no longer worry about
